MiTiPLUG is a mechanical plugging device used in underground mining to prevent emulsions and ANFO from slumping or falling out from up holes. The device is made from a semi-rigid polymer. The product is resistant to the chemicals in emulsions and ANFO. This plug was recently improved and now features a higher holding capacity, improved downline protection, as well as a better seating mechanism for the ANFO hose. Available in 64-89 mm or 76-89 mm diameter configurations.
